In a just published Form 13, filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), NCR Corp (NYSE:NCR) reported that Blackstone Holdings Iii L.p. has picked up 22,033 of common stock as of 2017-03-17.
The acquisition brings the aggregate amount owned by Blackstone Holdings Iii L.p. to a total of 22,033 representing a 0.02% stake in the company.
For those not familiar with the company, NCR Corporation is a provider of Omni-channel technology solutions that enable businesses connect, interact and transact with their customers. The Company operates through three segments: Software, Services and Hardware. It sells a portfolio of hardware, software and services that combine to provide businesses with solutions. Its portfolio of self-service and assisted-service solutions are designed to allow businesses in the financial services, retail, hospitality, travel and telecommunications and technology industries to deliver an experience to consumers across physical and digital commerce channels. Its offerings include automated teller machines, point of sale terminals and devices, self-service kiosks, Omni-channel platform software and other software applications, and a suite of consulting, implementation, maintenance and managed services. It provides solutions for a range of industries, such as financial services, hospitality, travel and telecommunications, and technology.

Looking at insider activity, there are a few transactions worth noting.
