In a just published Form 13, filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Sharpspring Inc. (NASDAQ:SHSP) reported that Dukach Semyon has picked up 2,250,533 of common stock as of 2017-01-11.

The acquisition brings the aggregate amount owned by Dukach Semyon to a total of 2,250,533 representing a 26.9% stake in the company.

For those not familiar with the company, SharpSpring, Inc., formerly SMTP, Inc., is a cloud-based marketing technology company. The Company’s SharpSpring marketing automation platform uses features, such as Web tracking, lead scoring and automated workflow to enable businesses deliver messages to the customers. The SharpSpring marketing automation solution offers digital marketing tools to small and medium-sized businesses and is primarily sold to marketing agencies using the platform on behalf of their clients. The Company offers a SMTP relay product, which is designed to send high volumes of e-mail messages. The Company offers the GraphicMail e-mail campaign management solution to customers globally.

A glance at Sharpspring Inc. (NASDAQ:SHSP)’s key stats reveals a current market capitalization of 46.34 million based on 8.36 million shares outstanding and a price at last close of $5.51 per share.

Looking at insider activity, there are a few transactions worth noting.
