The acquisition brings the aggregate amount owned by Werner Lou Iii to a total of 2,847,793 representing a 6.2% stake in the company.

The Company focuses on creating an immersive space in the field of arts, education and social interaction designed to offer an approach to learning that is accessible to all the people. Its virtual reality platform enables users to chat through text or audio with friends and family, and shop, watch videos, concerts and plays.
